Colonel William Harkins
Greenland Aeturnum Research Facility
SUBJECT:
Cross-Specimen Combat Evaluation
Colonel Harkins,
Recent reports indicate increasing evidence of social cohesion and attachment behaviors among several active subjects.
While such developments may provide insight into pack formation and command responsiveness, they present a potential risk to long-term deployment objectives.
To properly assess combat effectiveness, territorial aggression, and hierarchy establishment, authorization is hereby granted to conduct controlled cross-specimen engagement exercises.
A minimum of two active subjects should be selected from differing genetic classifications.
Objectives include:
• Evaluation of offensive capabilities against comparable hybrid assets
• Assessment of threat prioritization and adaptive combat response
• Observation of dominance behaviors and hierarchy formation
• Determination of survivability under intra-species conflict conditions
Preference should be given to scenarios that encourage spontaneous aggression rather than direct handler intervention.
Data gathered from these exercises will inform future military application models.
Please submit preliminary findings within fourteen days of initiation.
Failure to complete the requested evaluations may negatively impact future funding allocations, as determined by our benefactors.
For Strategic Superiority,
Director A. Mercer
